Sažetak
Uvod/cilj: Ispituju se prepreke, kao i mogućnosti za inovacije u Vojsci Malezije na pojedinačnom, timskom i organizacionom nivou, čime se pristupa rešavanju kritičnog nedostatka istraživanja inovacija u Vojsci.
Metodologija: Primenjen je interpretativni fenomenološki pristup uz pomoć kvalitativnih podataka dobijenih iz petnaest analitičkih intervjua sa pripadnicima Vojske Melezije koji nose oficirske i druge činove i redovno doprinose radu na inovacijama unutar oružanih snaga Malezije.
Rezultati: Istraživanje je pokazalo da prepreke inovacijama postoje na tri nivoa; sedam tema je identifikovano na pojedinačnom nivou, šest na nivou tima i četiri na nivou organizacije. Ovakvi nalazi ističu višeslojnu prirodu inovacionih izazova u strukturiranim vojnim sredinama.
Zaključak: Naglašava se međusobna povezanost prepreka inovacijama, kao i neophodnost holističkog razumevanja radi efikasnog afirmisanja inovacija u Vojsci Malezije.
