Sažetak
Veoma su važni spremnost i osposobljenost budućih vaspitača da prepoznaju različite specifične potrebe dece i porodica u lokalnoj zajednici i da analiziraju šta lokalna zajednica nudi i šta bi još moglo da se ponudi. Cilj istraživanja jeste testiranje teorije planiranog ponašanja studenata vaspitača, s obzirom na njihovu percepciju mogućeg preduzetničkog delovanja nakon studija. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 117 studenata koji su popunjavali upitnik za ispitivanje preduzetničkih namera. Ustanovljeno je da subjektivna norma nije značajna u nameri otvaranja sopstvene firme. Dobijeni rezultati slični su rezultatima drugih zemalja, pa se stoga može uvažiti iskustvo iz njihovih obrazovnih sistema o implementaciji obrazovnih predmeta i kurseva u programe obrazovnog sistema Republike Srbije.
