Sažetak
Mapiranje moći poslanica u Skupštini Srbije, analiziranjem strukture članstva i rukovodstva Skupštine i parlamentarnih odbora, ukazuje da poslanice dominiraju u socijalno-kulturološkom klasteru odbora, kao i u odborima za spoljne i evrointegracijske poslove. Poslanice su sve vidljivije u legislativno-pravosudnim odborima, dok su odbori za unutrašnje poslove, odbranu i bezbednost minimalno otvoreni za njihovo članstvo. U porastu je trend angažmana poslanica u oblastima ekologije, potom trgovine i finansija i, u manjoj meri, u infrastrukturnim odborima. Stepen institucionalne rodne senzitivnosti Skupštine Srbije nije adekvatan, i potrebna je izmena Poslovnika i Kodeksa u cilju uvođenja rodno osetljivih pravila i procedura.
