Sažetak
U literaturi se može pronaći veliki broj modela koji pružaju smernice za razvoj sistema za merenje performansi procesa i ispituju probleme merenja performansi iz različitih perspektiva. U radu su razmatrani neki od najznačajnijih modela za merenje performansi procesa, izvršena je njihova uporedna analiza prema 11 kriterijuma i primećeno je da većina tih modela polazi od strategije ili ciljeva pri određivanju performansi, ali i da većina njih ne specificira indikatore performansi, već samo daje naznake kako doći do njih. Takođe, nijedan model ne povezuje direktno ciljeve organizacije i indikatore performansi procesa, što smanjuje njihovu fleksibilnost i adaptabilnost. Na osnovu toga, identifikovana je potreba za razvojem novog modela, koji bi prevazišao navedene nedostatke, što predstavlja pravac daljeg istraživanja.
